If a trusted staff member leaves, you can simply update the passcode on your Ledger device—this code controls physical access to the wallet. Don’t worry—this process isn’t complicated, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Remember, the seed phrase is your ultimate backup and should only be entrusted to a few key individuals. While your passcode is extremely important, it only

12. Isn't cryptocurrency volatile?

It may seem volatile in the short term, but if you zoom out and look at the long-term trend—especially with Bitcoin—you’ll see consistent growth. Technical & Payment Processing

16. What if a donor’s wallet does not support ENS names?

Some cryptocurrency wallets do not currently support ENS names. In those cases, your church can simply display the wallet addresses directly on your website or giving page. 17. How is this different from services that allow people to donate cryptoc

Some services allow people to donate cryptocurrency using a credit card, but this is very different from receiving direct crypto donations.

  • There are no fees for the sender beyond the normal gas fee (a small transaction cost required to process payments on the blockchain, simi

18. Do We Have to Accept All Cryptocurrencies, or Can We Choose?

You’re in control. While we can set you up for over 100 different cryptocurrencies, you’re free to accept only those you prefer—like Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other specific coins you trust.

19. Can We Convert Donations to Cash Immediately?

Yes. We’ll walk you through how to convert cryptocurrency into U.S. dollars using a secure, reputable platform.
